FIELD MANAGEMENT
Our multi-unit Field Management roles offer challenge, variety, and true business management opportunity without the evening, weekend, and holiday schedules found in retail or hospitality environments. Our business is dynamic, growing, unique, and challenging. Within our various lines of business we have opportunities for leadership of groups of sites at the local and regional levels.
Specific operational organizational structures and position titles vary by business line. Local leadership roles often oversee 10-15 sites. Vice President-level positions may provide leadership to over 300 sites.
Field management positions are critical to the success of our organization. These roles are varied, dynamic, and all-encompassing as it relates to the operation of our businesses. Field managers are responsible for developing and maintaining profitable, successful businesses. Areas of responsibility include everything from business development, employee development, and customer care to ensuring program quality, facility safety, and licensing compliance.

Executive Manager
Operations management of field positions above the District Management level.
District Manager
Ensures smooth operation of several centers to achieve budget targets, implements cost controls, and improves quality of operations. Supervises Center Directors and other support staff.
Center Director
Manages all aspects of a center, including human resources, marketing, customer relations, financial systems, quality control, facility operations, parent relations, and licensing.

The following positions are available across the country:
Assistant Center Director
Assists the Center Director in all aspects of managing a center including human resources, marketing, customer relations, financial systems, quality control, facility operations, and classroom participation.
Program Specialist
This position involves a balance of classroom curriculum implementation and administrative responsibilities in our Infant/Toddler classrooms and our Preschool through school age classrooms.
Teacher
Plans, manages, and supervises the classroom and children. Ensures that all parent, child, and staff concerns are appropriately addressed.
Assistant Teacher
Assists in the daily management and supervision of the classroom and children.
Cook
Plans and prepares snacks and meals. Orders and monitors all kitchen supplies. Ensures that health and safety standards are met.
Van Driver
Drives van to transport preschool and school age children safely to and from centers and on field trip.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
Our skilled facilities maintenance staff members skilled facilities maintenance staff members ensure that our buildings, grounds, and furniture and equipment are maintained so as to provide a safe, secure, and healthy environment for the children in our care.
Maintenance Technician
Our maintenance technicians enjoy a position that is varied, challenging, and always interesting. Most are responsible for maintaining a group of facilities located within a geographic region. The children we serve learn, grow, and discover in our classrooms and playgrounds because our maintenance technicians provide a comfortable, safe place for them.
Regional Facilities Management
Our facilities maintenance technicians are led by Regional Facilities Managers and Regional Directors of Facilities. Skilled, experienced facilities management professionals with strong leadership capabilities serve in these roles to provide leadership to a team of maintenance technicians and work collaboratively with our center directors to provide the best learning environments possible for the children in our care.
